Scheduled - *What is happening?*

We will be upgrading our AWS EKS cluster to move away from an End-of-Support version and align with current AWS security and support standards.

During this window, Telecoms Platform 2.0 services will experience periods with intermittencies as workloads are upgraded in a phased, multi-stage process designed to minimize risk.
