We will be upgrading our AWS EKS cluster to move away from an End-of-Support version and align with current AWS security and support standards.
*Expected Impact:*
During this window, Telecoms Platform 2.0 services will experience periods with intermittencies as workloads are upgraded in a phased, multi-stage process designed to minimize risk.
*What do I need to do?*
Please plan operational activities accordingly during the maintenance window. Services will automatically resume once the upgrade is completed.
*Why are we doing this?*
This upgrade ensures continued security compliance, platform stability, and long-term supportability of our infrastructure.
